Alejandro Roldan is a psychologist - Master in Psychoanalytical Research, with 6 years of experience in innovation. His work has focused on the design and implementation of educational innovation projects and programs, with experience in public innovation and in accompanying teams from the innovation laboratory to carry out processes and exercises of prototyping ideas with social impact.

He has led the STEM education strategy of the Ruta N Corporation (Horizons program), the Educational Innovation Laboratory, the Young Talent Exchange project (Interchange), the Bancuadra project (financial inclusion), and is currently part of the Ruta N Corporation's Talent strategy.
