Our Special Virtual Poster Session
The infographic poster competition starts at 7:00 am on July 22nd, 2020, and ends at 11:59 pm on July 31st, 2020. All the posters submitted in the registration form will be shared in the CSAP Facebook (csap.board) and Twitter accounts (@CSAPurdue)

To ensure the posters have the correct aspect ratio, font size, and resolution for sharing in our social networks, we created a PowerPoint template posted below. Find the terms and conditions of the poster competition below.
How to submit your poster?
Before submit your infographic poster:
Read the terms and conditions of the poster competition and download the template.
Complete the symposium registration form.
Submit your poster in .TIFF format through the registration form.
Invite your colleagues, friends, and family to like your poster on the original CSAP post.
Do not forget...
To save your infographic in .TIFF format, in your PowerPoint go to the File menu and select Save As > TIFF.

Helpful Information
Who can participate in the poster competition?
All Colombian students currently affiliated to Purdue University (undergraduate and graduate levels, students on internship programs, etc).
What are the prizes in the poster competition?
Each submission participates in two categories:
Colombian Giant Leaps: three awards of $200 will be provided based on academic merit and evaluated by the organizing committee.
People’s Choice: the poster with the highest number of likes on the CSAP Facebook page will win a $100 award.
What happens if a poster gets selected in the two categories?
In case the People’s Choice poster is also selected in the Colombian Giant Leaps category, the next poster with the highest number of likes on Facebook will be awarded.
If my poster gets selected, when will I receive the award?
All winners will have to fill out a form that will be provided by CSAP, after that the CSAP president will provide the prizes on a date to be determined
